Presiden Ukraina Volodymyr Zelensky mengatakan bahwa Rusia telah menyerang sebuah pembangkit listrik. Pernyataan Zelensky beberapa saat setelah Presiden Amerika Serikat (AS) Donald Trump mengumumkan gencatan senjata energi antara Rusia dan Ukraina.

"Rusia menghantam pembangkit listrik di Kyiv dengan pesawat nirawak (drone) 'Shahed'," kata Zelensky dalam sebuah unggahan di media sosial, seraya menambahkan bahwa serangan terhadap fasilitas energi lainnya juga terjadi di wilayah Kharkiv, dilansir AFP, Senin (12/10/2026)

"Dan semua ini terjadi setelah Presiden Amerika Serikat mengeluarkan pernyataannya mengenai gencatan senjata energi," tambahnya.

Sebelumnya Trump mengatakan bahwa Rusia dan Ukraina telah sepakat untuk menghentikan serangan terhadap infrastruktur energi masing-masing pihak.

Zelensky kemudian mengatakan ia dan sekutu-sekutu Kyiv sedang menunggu rincian mengenai gencatan senjata terhadap target-target energi yang diumumkan oleh Trump.

"Ukraina mendukung gencatan senjata tersebut, dan penting bagi Rusia untuk turut mendukungnya," kata Zelensky di halaman Facebook-nya, setelah menyampaikan bahwa ia telah berbicara dengan para pemimpin Kanada, Finlandia, dan NATO.

"Kami sedang menunggu rincian dari pihak Amerika. Dari pihak kami, Ukraina senantiasa mendukung SEPENUHNYA langkah-langkah menuju de-eskalasi, perlindungan nyawa, serta keputusan-keputusan yang diperlukan untuk mengakhiri perang dan menjamin perdamaian abadi," ujarnya.
